MONTHLY • SECOND THURSDAY • 6:30PM - 8:30PM

Navigating a world that is often not setup to accommodate us, trans women and trans feminine folks can be left feeling isolated with few options but to turn all that hurt inwards. So, how do we break this cycle as individuals and as a community? How do we gain the strength and skills to change these narratives?

 

WHAT IS THIS GROUP ABOUT?

Strong Hearts focuses on finding that unwavering light inside of all of us and building it up. It is about building the capacity to truly embrace, love and be kind with ourselves; building our resiliency and capacity to tolerate challenges and distress when they arise and learning to connect, support and empower each other as a community of women and feminine folks.

WHO IS THIS GROUP FOR?

Strong Hearts is for anyone and everyone, ages 16 and over, who identifies as a trans woman or trans feminine, as well as those looking to affirm, to explore or are questioning a feminine gender identity and/or expression.
