C.C. Brooks 

C. C. Brooks was Born Craig Cameron Brooks in Fort St. John, British Columbia, where is parents forced him into the music world at an early age when they insisted that every child in the family take five years of Piano. A drum kit followed at age 11 and the next 20 years Craig spent honing his craft as a percussionist and as a songwriter. His path has included playing and recording with bands such as Simon Kaos and Point of Power, which was signed to BMG and their music released in Canada and Japan. His time with Deer John took him to Nashville where they placed five singles in the Canadian Country Music top 100.

His passion for songwriting and performing is evident with every note that he plays and sings on stage, bringing a vibrant intensity to every show. He continues to write and perform both in Canada and in his second home in Nashville Tennessee, where he performs at local songwriter venues such as Douglas Corner and The Bluebird Café.

Last fall C.C. entered Studio 19 in Franklin Tennessee with legendary producer Larry “The Blade” Rogers and some of Nashville top studio players to create his latest offering of Three songs, “Send Me A Song”, “The Bridges I’ve Burned” and his first single, Springtime In Nashville which will be released through Big Records June 23rd 2023.

Rob Doucette

At 48, Rob is a seasoned veteran of the music culture in Fort St John. Moving from Nova Scotia in 1980 with his parents, he started playing guitar age 7. After the family moved east again in 1985, Rob continued to progress through high school, and in 1994, came back to the Peace Region as an accomplished player. Fronting various hard rock/ heavy metal bands from East to West coast, including The Poor Souls, Supercharger, and Pulse, to name a few, he made himself a fixture in the local scene.

In recent years, Rob has been working on new material for a long overdue solo instrumental EP. Also, he has been involved with the local singer/songwriter movement happening in the region.
You can catch him at various open mic nights and small solo shows around town, and look for him at this year’s Energetic County Fair!

Rachelle Holmes

Rachelle Holmes has been singing since a young age, although, it has only been the last couple of years that she has shown her talent publicly.  Working at Fort St. John's local Legion this last year, was one of the first times she ever sang in front of anyone.

Her soulful, sultry vibe is felt through her singing, as well as her kind and warm welcoming manner. Being influenced by many like Norah Jones, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Billie Holiday and her mother, who grew up singing and performing in bands, she is looking forward to her ongoing future with singing, performance and growth.

Walker Tompkins

Walker Tompkins is a country singer-songwriter and producer from Fort St John with over 100,000 streams on Spotify alone and air play on country radio across Canada.
