Description
TPE launches its 2025-26 concert season with a captivating programme exploring the rich musical connections between three of North America’s cultural hubs. At the heart of this concert are two mesmerizing works by Zosha Di Castri, a Canadian composer educated in Montreal now living and working in New York. Connections with Montreal are further invoked with works by José Evangelista and Vancouver composer John Oliver, both commissions of the Société de musique contemporaine du Québec. The concert also continues our Side by Side project, where student musicians will play alongside members of TPE in pieces by Rudolf Komorous.
