Description

Arthur Guinness started brewing ales in 1759 at the St. James's Gate Brewery, Dublin. On 31 December 1759, he signed a 9,000 year lease at £45 per annum for the unused brewery. Just ONE of many fascinating facts about Ireland and the worlds faviroute stout!

Join us Tuesday, March 13th during our annual St Patricks Week Festival for a 3 course pairing dinner featuring Kilkenny, Harp, and of course Guinness. The entire meal will be paired to perfection, live music will soundtrack the evening, and Guinness Brand Ambassador will guide you through the rich history of Guinness.

Menu:

Appetizer - Seared Pacific scallops with light saffron Cream Sauce paired with Harp

Main - Slow Braised Lamb Shank with Kilkenny jus, fried colcannon & vegetables paired with Kilkenny

Dessert - Guinness Chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting paired with Guinness
