Event Details
- Dates: March 22 and 29
- Carriage Ride Times: 10, 10:30, 11 and 11:30 a.m. | 1, 1:30, 2 and 2:30 p.m.
- Location: Carriage rides leave from and return to the side entrance of Gasoline Alley Museum. The carriage ride route goes throughout the Historical Village.
- Gasoline Alley Museum Admission Included: Your carriage ride ticket comes with entry to Gasoline Alley Museum, so be sure to explore after your ride!
- Non-Member Adult (Ages 16+): $34.95 per person + GST
- Non-Member Child (Ages 3-15): $28.95 per person + GST
- Member Tickets: Members can access their ticket sales online using a password—contact Guest Services at 403.268.8500 or info@heritagepark.ca to get your password before booking your Spring Carriage Ride online!
- Member Rate (Ages 3+): $20 per person + GST.
- Little Ones (Aged 2 and Under): Free
- Walk-Up Tickets: Walk-up tickets are available at Gasoline Alley Museum reception while supplies last.
Know Before You Go
- Event Access: When you arrive to the Park, head to the side entrance of Gasoline Alley Museum, located near the front gates of the Historical Village, to check in. Please have your Showpass ticket ready to be scanned if you purchased online ahead of time. If you didn’t purchase tickets online, you can get walk-up tickets at the front desk of Gasoline Alley Museum. Once you’ve checked in, please wait in Gasoline Alley Museum for your carriage ride time – we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your ride time. Your carriage will return to the side entrance of Gasoline Alley Museum at the end of your ride.
- Parking: Paid parking is available in Heritage Park’s front lots. 90 minute complimentary parking is available. The Park Plus zone number is 8320. Learn More About Parking Here.
- Getting to Heritage Park: There are plenty of ways to get to the Park, whether that be on foot, via transit, or driving. Click here to find the way that works for you!
- Dress for the Weather: Your carriage ride takes place outdoors in the Historical Village, so be sure to bundle up or dress for the conditions to stay comfortable.
- Arrive Early for a Smooth Ride: Plan to check in at Gasoline Alley Museum at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride. Late arrivals may result in a shorter experience or may not be accommodated.
- Carriage Ride Duration: Enjoy a charming 20–25 minute carriage ride through the Park.
- Carriage Seating & Capacity: Each carriage seats up to seven guests. Little ones aged two and under can ride on an adult’s lap and may exceed the maximum capacity.
- Shared Carriages: Carriages are not private, so you may be riding with other guests.
- Carriage Accessibility: Please note that the carriages are not wheelchair accessible.
- Refund Policy: All tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation due to weather or road conditions.
