Spirit of Cosmo Pancake and Egg Bhurji Breakfast

In Hall C, Miners Construction is hosting a celebration for Cosmo’s 50^th anniversary.  The centerpiece of this fundraising breakfast will be the presentation of the Howard Stensrud Spirit of Cosmo Award. This will be the 10^th time this annual Award will be given to a deserving individual, group or business who has enhanced the quality of life for persons with intellectual disabilities. A unique aspect of this event is the pairing of a popular international item with traditional Canadian Pancake Breakfast. This year’s international dish is Egg Bhurji (bur-gee) from India and Pakistan.

A donation made at the time of ticket purchase is eligible for a 100% charitable tax deduction receipt. The price of the ticket itself (with GST and fees) is not eligible for a tax deduction receipt. 

In the event Covid restrictions are introduced affecting attendance at the breakfast, alternative online arrangements will be made to ensure it will take place remotely.  Cosmo will be making the seating arrangements.  Email 50th@cosmoindustries.com to make seating requests with additional attendees.
