Sound Lounge at Fort Gibraltar

Fort Gibraltar has always been a gathering place. Long before this fort was rebuilt to honour the region's history, it was the confluence where the Red and Assiniboine meet, the beating heart of what would become this city. 

On August 22nd, Sound Lounge transforms this space into a night of melodic dance music. As the sun sets over the river, Leossa takes the stage for a live electronic music performance, followed by a lineup of DJs to carry the night forward. Together, we celebrate and honour this history, connected by friends and music.

Things to know:

• This is an outdoor event, it will proceed rain or shine. Dress for the weather.
• 21+ event. Valid ID required at the door.
• Food, beverages, and shops will be available at the Maison du Bois.

Tickets & Entry

• All tickets are final sale. No refunds unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved via the official resale or transfer platform (if available).
• No physical tickets will be issued. Entry requires digital ticket confirmation and matching ID.
• No passes will be sold at the door.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone for any reason, including failure to comply with these terms.

Refunds & Cancellation

• Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled, not rescheduled.
• In the case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, pandemic restrictions), Always Dale reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event format without refund.
• If you are removed for violating the Code of Conduct, no refund will be provided.

Liability & Assumption of risk

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Physical or emotional injury
• Property damage
• Exposure to loud sound, strobe lights, and large crowds
• Always Dale and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from your participation.

Sound Lounge is built on community, consent, and care. All attendees must follow these guidelines to ensure a respectful and magical night.

• Treat all guests, performers, staff, and volunteers with kindness and dignity.
• Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated.

🔸 Consent Among Patrons

• Consent is mandatory. Always get clear, enthusiastic permission before any physical interaction.
• Respect personal boundaries at all times.

🔸 Venue & Property Care

• Do NOT touch any displays unless clearly permitted.
• Any damage caused may result in removal and liability for repair or replacement costs.

🔸 Responsible Conduct

• Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or harassment may result in immediate removal.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or eject any attendee at their sole discretion—without refund.

• If you witness or experience unsafe or inappropriate behavior, connect with:
