Description

Sink into a deeply restorative soundscape designed to quiet the mind and awaken the body. In this 60-minute immersive experience, Tani Hamagishi-Allen guides you through a rich and layered journey of sound, blending earthy resonance with ethereal tones. Gongs, drums, and percussion create grounding vibrations, while crystal bowls, chimes, and bells introduce lighter frequencies that invite spaciousness and ease.

The session begins with gentle intention setting and somatic awareness practices, helping you arrive fully in your body and prepare to receive. As the sound unfolds, you’ll be invited into a meditative state where the nervous system can settle and the body can release held tension.

This experience supports deep rest, heightened self-awareness, and a subtle reconnection to your inner landscape.

You’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and gently restored.
