Priding themselves on their blues-rock flavour, Taboo Queen drives straight down the road of rock and roll smack into the heart of the blues of Chicago to the swamps of Louisiana. Hailing from Vancouver, BC, this hard-driving band melds their influences into a pure, raw and time-honoured brand of rock reborn that’s oh, so missed.

Featuring lead vocalist Mandy Cee's powerful and deep rooted blues tones, guitarist Jason Lane’s smoky blues-rock stylings, Frankie Star's driving bass lines, fiercely rhythmic beats from drummer Gord Wilson, and the crystal clear harmonies of Chantal Sayers, Taboo Queen rips through a set of songs that will be new and yet hauntingly familiar to your ears, rooting from the same familiar themes of your life: love, hate, pleasure and heartache.

With the smoky porch blues guitar, driving rhythm section, and killer vocals and harmonies, Taboo Queen will bring you one hell of a show.
