Description

Sleep plays a crucial role in focus, learning, and overall wellbeing, yet many graduate students struggle to maintain healthy sleep routines while balancing academic and personal responsibilities. Join us for an online workshop exploring the science of sleep and practical strategies to help improve sleep quality and build healthier daily routines. This session will be led by Dr. Mahsa Yaghoubirad, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), who specializes in mental health and wellbeing.

The session will begin with a 1-hour workshop. As a thank you for attending, students who join the session will receive a $10 Uber Eats voucher.
