Sled Island 2019 Passes

IMPORTANT:

• To access festival events, your ticket must first be exchanged for a wristband. Wristband pickup will be available from June 17 - 22, 2019 at the Fairmont Palliser (133 9th Ave. SW). Pass Pickup will be open 10am-10pm, Tuesday to Friday, and Saturday 10am-4pm.
• If you are purchasing a pass as a gift for someone else, you must transfer the pass to their name. This is required in order for the recipient to pick up their wristband and pass perks in June 2019. To transfer a pass, please follow these instructions.
• If you have questions or concerns, please email shop@sledisland.com or call the Sled Island office at 403.229.2901 between 11am and 6pm on weekdays.

IMPORTANT FOR DISCOVERY PLUS PASSHOLDERS:

• A request for your t-shirt size and colour preference will be emailed to you before June 2019. Your t-shirt, poster and tote bag will be available for pickup along with your wristband from June 17 - 22, 2019 at the Fairmont Palliser (133 9th Ave. SW). Specific hours will be emailed to you closer to those dates.

FESTIVAL POLICY:
Passes are non-refundable. Lineup subject to change without notice.
 
Upon entering a festival venue, the passholder agrees to being photographed, filmed or recorded in that venue, and agrees to the publication, reproduction, distribution and broadcast of all photographs, video or other recordings of the passholder's voice or likeness without further notice or compensation in any publicity, advertisement or other publication carried-out by, or on behalf of, Sled Island and in perpetuity in any manner and media whatsoever, including print, broadcast or internet.

Everyone has the right to feel safe and included at Sled Island. All festival attendees agree to abide by Sled Island's safer spaces and inclusion policy, which can be found here.
