Sketching in the Galleries

Get your creativity on with a fun virtual session of sketching in our galleries. Today we’ll be in The Great Divide: Footwear in the Age of Enlightenment, a thought-provoking exhibition that examines how 18^th century footwear revealed power dynamics of the period, as well as offering insight into the shoes we wear today. Participants will have a tour of the exhibit hosted by one of our knowledgeable docents, followed by a more in-depth look at a handful of shoes to sketch. Ask questions, engage with others (if you like 😊), and enjoy a unique opportunity to explore your artistic talent, all from the comforts of your home.
