Description

Indie-folk artist S.K. Wellington hits the legendary King Eddy stage on February 7. Featuring humour, heart, and audience connection, this headlining show will feature a full band and give a special first listen to the 2026 EP.

About S.K. Wellington:

S.K. Wellington is a seasoned Calgary-based singer/songwriter blending folk, indie, and pop into genre-bending, heartfelt songs. A 5x YYC Music Award nominee and 3x CBC Searchlight Regional Top 10 artist, she’s opened for Canadian heavyweights Dan Mangan, Donovan Woods, and Sarah MacDougall. Since her 2018 debut EP, she’s released a string of singles and is due for steady release schedule in 2026.

Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door.

Established in 1905, the King Edward Hotel was Calgary’s second oldest hotel and the longest operating bar and hotel when it closed in 2004. In 2008, the Eddy was acquired by the National Music Centre (NMC) and in collaboration with the City of Calgary.
