Signature Tasting: Taste of the World

Prepare to be taken on a unique culinary journey, as you sample 10 signature tapas from all over the world. Pair the sweet, spicy, and bold flavours with a selection of exotic beverages, including wines, beers and liquors. This seated event will allow guests to experience a night of the most divine global flavours. Your tastebuds will be dancing all the way home.

Tables will consist of 4-8 guests, please notify organizers if there are specific groupings that you would like to be made.

Beef Short Rib Strudel – Austria

Mini Baked Brie, Bacon Jam – France

Leche Flan – Philippines

 

This event will take place in the recently refurbished Whistler Conference Centre Grand Foyer.

Room set-up/format: Seated tasting with servers

Attire: “Whistler Casual” (anything from jeans and a t-shirt to a gown or suit goes!)
