During this private opening hour, a limited number of guests will be welcomed to a special mini-feast inspired by the abundance of the Horn of Plenty, with five culinary stations featuring inspired creations and thoughtfully selected beverage pairings.

Move through the stations at your own pace, meet the chefs, producers and beverage professionals behind each offering, and discover the stories and inspiration behind what is being served. With fewer guests in the room, this extra hour provides additional time and space to savour each tasting, connect with featured talent and ease into the evening before the celebration reaches full energy.

• Seating: This is primarily a standing, mingling and dancing event, with limited seating available.
• Dietary considerations: Due to the nature of the culinary stations, dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.
