On the heels of an international headline tour supporting his "Shipwreck" album in Spring 2023, Shayfer celebrates spooky season with his new single "Blood Moon Love" on 10/13/23 and will be supporting Amigo The Devil for his Nov 1 - Nov 9 dates in the northwest U.S.

Shayfer James is an internationally touring American singer-songwriter, pianist, and composer known for hauntingly beautiful and bombastic music that blends elements of rock, pop, soul and cabaret. Shayfer began playing piano and writing music at a young age, drawing inspiration from diverse musical influences such as Sam Cooke, Stephen Sondheim, Johnny Cash, Elton John, Nat King Cole and The Native Tongues. His music has been described as theatrical, soulful, evocative and deeply personal.

Shayfer has independently 4 LPs and 5 EPs along with multiple singles, each showcasing the evolution of his unique style. Shayfer is also a prolific film and theatre composer and arranger, having written scores for numerous movies, dance productions, and theatrical pieces.
