Join three remarkable and uniquely knowledgeable experts in the field for a deep dive into all of the incredible stories and momentous events that have shaped how we view the hot rod today as Gary Emory, founder of Porsche Parts Obsolete and son of legendary custom car builder Neil Emory; Wayne Carini, host of the popular television series Chasing Classic Cars; and New England hot rod historian and antique race car collector Dean Schimetschek break down how the hot rod has evolved over the years in this extraordinary seminar that is sure to be as compelling as it is informative.

Gary Emory

Gary Emory, founder of Porsche Parts Obsolete and son of legendary custom car builder, Neil Emory (Valley Custom Shop). Gary has been in the Porsche parts and restoration business for over 60 years. Creator of the original Baja Bug. Gary is credited with starting the outlaw Porsche movement.

Dean Schimetschek

New England hot rod historian, antique race car collector, and founder of Sterling Classic Motorcars. Working to save and share Connecticut Dragway history.

Wayne Carini

The host of chasing Classic Cars for 18 seasons. Wayne owns F40 Restoration and F40 Motorsports along with Carini Consulting. He is a founding member of Speedvision Media. He is working on two new tv shows, and a Podcast. He is publishing a new book about his life to be released this summer. He enjoys being with his family on there Connecticut farm and sharing his car collection with his grandchildren. He is an avid supporter of Autism charities.
