Self <3 Saturday is back! A celebration of wellness and self-care to kick-off spring with a smile.
Saturday, April 27
10am - 4pm at PEI Brewing Company
Entry for each activity is a donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association, and all donations will be matched by Murphy Hospitality Group. Give to a great cause and gain some more self love!
Activities Include:
10am - 11am
Great for beginners and experienced students, this class links a sequence of movements with your breath for mind and body wellness.
Admission: $10 Donation
11am - 2pm
Slip into relaxation with a 5-minute head and neck massage by masseuse Iliya Lange of Mysa Nordic Spa & Resort. No appointment necessary.

11am – 11:45am
Bring sneakers & a water bottle and get ready to move and feel energized after this great high-energy HIIT style training class! All ages & abilities welcome. With over ten years in the industry, Jessica inspires classes at Infrared Fitness with her infectious energy and believes that physical fitness is the key to longevity as it equips us with the confidence, determination and power needed to conquer any challenge.

12pm – 1pm
Relieve tension and relax your mind with aromatherapy. This interactive Bath Salts workshop allows you to choose your base salts, add in your favorite flower petals and dehydrated citrus, and choose an essential oil that promotes your own sense of wellbeing and relaxation. All blends are created without any harmful fragrances or additives, are non-toxic, and all-natural. Blend, bag, and take it home to unwind.

With 15 years in the health and wellness industry, best-selling author & coach Ryan will inspire you with wellness tools such as:

Harvard-educated therapist and coach Kailea Switzer interviews Rich Knox, drummer for rock band Danko Jones (and mindfulness coach)! Together they’ll discuss self-care and how it shows up in day-to-day life, in a live recording of ‘In This New Season’ Podcast.

3pm – 4pm
Award winning singer/songwriter Brad Milligan ends our day on a high note. Known for his expressive and captivating vocal style and charismatic stage presence, our day is "Gettin' Better" with each song.
