Looking for one of the most exciting automotive events in Halifax this summer? Scotia Sideways is switching gears and heading to Halifax Exhibition Centre on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
Scotia Sideways brings together drivers, fans, car enthusiasts and local businesses for a full day of drifting, tandems, car show features, vendors, local brands and more. From high-energy motorsport moments to community-driven car culture, this event is built for anyone who loves cars, drifting or unique summer events in Halifax.
Following an unexpected change in venue availability outside of our control, our team has been working around the clock to keep the event moving forward and bring Scotia Sideways to a new location.

Re-entry is permitted with a valid ticket. Parking is available on-site. Carpooling is encouraged. All sales are final. This is a rain-or-shine event. Schedules, lineups and vendors may change due to weather, safety or event needs. By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to follow all event policies, venue rules, safety procedures and motorsport release requirements.
