Sashay, Fillet! YYC 2023

ATB Financial, Remy Cointreau and Eat North are very proud to present Sashay, Fillet! 2023 where the worlds of culinary and drag will collide once again in celebration of Pride.

Once again hosted by RuPaul's Drag Race celeb Yuhua Hamasaki of New York, this one-of-a-kind food-meets-drag event will see 4 notable chefs paired up with 4 notable drag performers at The Prairie Emporium in support of Skipping Stone Foundation.

The pairs will be judged by a panel of local personalities who will eliminate the teams one-by-one until a winning Sashay, Fillet! pair is crowned at the end of the night!

It's going to be a great time, so don't miss out!

This is what attendees can expect:

-a signature Sashay, Fillet! welcome cocktail

-canape samples inspired by the 4 drag performers created by the 4 chefs

-dazzling (and occasionally hilarious) performances on stage

-a fun a la carte snacks and cocktails for purchase from bar.

-tunes by DJ Lively Blake.

-50/50 and merch booth in support of Skipping Stone and engaging activations by ATB.

Chefs: Dez Lo (Top Chef Canada Season 10 runner-up), Monika Wahba (Maha's Egyptian Brunch, Top Chef Canada Season 10 fan favourite), Arin Hiebert (Fairmont Palliser pastry chef) Scott Redekopp (Hotel Arts Group, Yellow Door Bistro).

Drag performers: Karla Marx, Smokey Waters, Tana Nuff and Rip Em.

General tickets are $35 and include: welcome drink, canape stations and entertainment.
