You heard right, our debut of this event last November had a record number of 110 attendees so we just gotta do it again!! We're back at EVO on Jasper for another Saturday Night SAPPHIC DINNER & DANCE PARTY at #YourGayBar. Tickets are a low cost donation to ELEN or free but you must pre-register. Dinner tix automatically include free cover to the club. Did we forget to mention your $5 cover is going FULLY to support ELEN?! Thanks, EVO!

We've heard your feedback and have adjusted things to make this night even better. This time we'll be offering more seating by accessing both the upstairs lounge and the main floor. We will also be checking folx in at the door to help them get situated. You asked for more ways to mix and mingle: this time enjoy a cocktail & mocktail social hour until 9pm. We will have low key and casual mingling activities and other ways to assist those who are nervous or introverted to potentially meet and make new friends!

Dinner seating will happen across two floors:
-The upstairs lounge provides a more quiet and chill space and will feature long 'social' tables. Check out the views from the balcony or visit your dedicated bartenders.
-The main floor will feature seating options in large booths, tables of various sizes and accessibility areas. This floor features a large bar, two pool tables and dancing on the mezzanine.

ELEN volunteers will be spread out across both to assist you.

This dinner features Evo's regular food menu and specials. Simply order and pay your own tab. We are hoping to offer a limited quantity of donated meals again to those who are low income, please contact ELEN for more info. Menu: yourgaybar.com/eat/

We are often asked "Do I belong here?" We employ the FLINTA model and are Sapphic & Trans* oriented, meaning for those who are Female and/or Non-Binary identified including wlw, lesbians, bisexuals, pansexuals, 2Spirit, Non-Binary, Gender Fluid and all those who fall under the Trans umbrella.

We work to make accessibility a priority. Our events are proudly age diverse, celebrate all bodies and try to better integrate BIPOC and racially diverse folx. ELEN is excited that this month highlights Black history and we look forward to a playlist featuring many BIPOC artists.

To celebrate Valentine's month we are adding in an ELEN fan fave: Opt-in tags will feature names, pronouns and optional stickers to denote those looking for friendship, dating and/or non-monogamous dating!

The dance party will be hosted once again by local Sapphic favourite DJ Lady Luck. DJ Otter Nonsense will be spinning away in the lower level. Look for club only ticket info coming soon (free cover is included with registration).

Zero alcohol drink menu available. House cocktails. Domestic and craft beers available by the pitcher. Beer-alternatives on tap. 16 draft selections on the main floor. Regular menu available for ordering with Vegetarian and Gluten Free options. Be advised regular table ordering closes at 10pm. Late night limited food menu now available from 10pm-12am. Full cocktail and tap menu available ALL night.

For BLACK History Month we will be prioritizing BIPOC individuals to receive low income meal vouchers but all are welcome to apply and we have so far made sure that everyone can be assisted. Please contact us to request a dinner sponsorship and we will do our best.

%100 of this sponsorship goes directly to dinner costs for attendees that are in financial need. An average meal is $25 but any amount is appreciated. EMTs can be sent to: elen.yeg.ab@gmail.com. We appreciate your ongoing generous support.

**Donate-A-Meal**

A $25 donation where 100% of your gift goes towards a meal voucher averaging the cost of a dinner and drink for an attendee experiencing financial hardship. This credit will cover an average meal, drink and gratuity. Please contact ELEN to request a meal voucher. All donation amounts specifically noted as being for meals will be added towards these sponsorships costs.

We are a not for profit group of volunteers running this social club. We do incur costs running these events. Your $5 entry fee goes fully to ELEN, as do any added donations in this category. All proceeds go towards future events.
