About the Headliner
For over 3 decades Andrew Grose has charmed countless audiences with his hilariously relatable material and quick wit.
He’s appeared on some of the most prestigious stages in Canada from Montreal’s Just For Laughs to the Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show. He’s performed on countless television specials and at all the major comedy festivals in Canada including the Edmonton Comedy Festival which he’s produced for the last 14 years. A veteran of the Canadian comedy scene, Andrew now entertains internationally on cruise ships and is one of the most sought after comedians by every cruise line.
Originally from Charlottetown, P.E.I. Andrew makes his home in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Sarah Hoffman — yes, that one — is a rural Alberta kid who moved to Edmonton for University and stayed for the community, politics, and vibrant arts scene. A finalist in the Grindstone Stand-up Stand-off, and having featured at Yuk Yuks, Sarah brings her sass to stories about her childhood, family, and the unique absurdities of life as a woman in politics.

This week’s headliner is award-winning comedian Adriaan Kriel!
Adriaan Kriel is one of the brightest young stars in Alberta. With a combination of quick wit and goofy observation he charms audiences all across our Canada. He was the winner of the 2025 Grindstone Comedy Competion.  Adriaan has worked with some amazing comedians like Craig Conant, Jon Dore, and The legend Tony Woods.
