This crystal bowl sound bath is a space to step out of the constant noise of life and into something quieter, steadier, and more supportive.
Through the use of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where your nervous system can soften, your mind can settle, and your body can finally exhale.
This experience is for anyone who feels like they’re always on. The ones carrying full schedules, busy minds, and the weight of daily life without much space to pause.
You’ll be invited to get comfortable, turn your phone on silent, and give yourself a moment that isn’t about doing, fixing, or figuring anything out. Just being.
As the sound moves through the space, it works gently with your body and energy, helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and unforced.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, clear, and present in yourself.
No experience needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

Guests can choose between two experience options when purchasing their ticket. Both offer the same sound bath experience, with your choice of how you’d like to receive it:

Silk Cocoon Experience – $20Settle into an aerial silk and allow yourself to be gently held as you receive the sound bath. This option offers a unique, cocoon-like experience that enhances relaxation and support.
Grounded Rest Experience – $20Lie comfortably on a mat and receive the sound bath in a grounded, spacious setting. A simple, supportive option for full-body relaxation.

Join us for an experience of deep listening, sound, and stillness.Sabr is a high-fidelity deep listening experience created by Asad Khan, highlighting the intersection of sound, light, space, and connection. This meditative live set featuring musical duo Mastané is rooted in Indian classical and Punjabi folk music, as they explore the contemplative and improvisational sides of their artistry through live vocals, alaaps, and violin layered over evolving ambient textures.
Ambient synth and soundscape, built out slowly over two years. Sabr changes shape depending on the room and who's in it. This is the Mastané version, with Raaginder alongside him. Punjabi folk, ghazals, Indian classical, music from both sides of the border, and originals.
Sabr means patience, and the whole night is built on it.
Ideal for: The part of you that needs stillness. Bringing your family to a deep listening experience. Seated, all ages, meditative front to back.

The Clayoquot Sound Theatre is proud to present Dan Mangan Solo at the Tofino Legion. 
NATURAL LIGHT was recorded unexpectedly over 6 magical days by four best buds in a cabin by a lake.
Here, there is a return to folk music’s classic underpinnings of political resistance. A return to writing “song songs” that might be played around a campfire. Mangan has experimented rigorously with his sound over the years, but resting in his roots may be where he operates most effortlessly.
There is something fitting in Mangan hitting this high watermark at this stage of his life and career. You can trace the chapters of his story in the fabric of Natural Light. You’ll find remnants of the tenacious young artist who booked tours of Europe via Myspace in the mid 2000s. The emergent songwriter who hibernated into fatherhood just as arena-folk exploded in the early 2010s. The genre-bender who has subtly challenged his audience with each album, tracing a unique trajectory of confronting and eclipsing his own art.
Over two decades, Mangan has managed an enviably strong creative ethic, and his integrity as both a singer and songwriter has only strengthened with age. The big picture cohesiveness of Natural Light harkens to a pre-streaming, album-focused sensibility. Songs bleed together through focused transitions and overlapping interludes. Mangan’s lyrics act as gondolier for the journey, reassuring the listener that it’s cool to care. Dan sings for his kids, for his wife, and for a society in existential crisis.
Dan Mangan is a 2x JUNO Award-winning and 3x Polaris Music Prize-nominated musician and songwriter. He lives in Vancouver, British Columbia with his wife and two sons. For decades, Dan has brought signature wit, sonic innovation and lyrical insight to the indie/folk community, garnering him a fiercely dedicated and deeply involved audience. He has played Glastonbury & Jimmy Kimmel Live, sold out Massey Hall and scored acclaimed soundtracks for television and feature film. In 2017, he co-founded Side Door, a community marketplace platform for the arts that seeks to democratize and decentralize the entertainment industry by connecting artists with alternative venue spaces.

The evening of three new short works curated by Justine A. Chambers and Allison Cummings explores Toronto/Vancouver collaborative exchanges by three pairs of lifelong artists: Jennifer Dahl and Andrea Nann, Johanna Householder and Margaret Dragu, and Justine A. Chambers and Allison Cummings. The work curated into Older & Reckless is sought out to redefine destructive assumptions about age and dance ability, celebrating artists over 45 who continuously take risks, ask pertinent questions and dig deep into nuance.

Through a divining of images, words and movement, this new creation by Ziyian Kwan summons gratitude for the everyday extraordinary. Performers Juolin Lee, Kaya Tsurumi, Lyzah (Alyssa Favero), and Romi Kim (SKIM) share first-person truths and practice the art of noticing. With playful reverence for off-normal, the artists turn wonder into a home address: a kinetic garden, a slow-time dwelling, and a living space furnished with ordinary awe.

The Dance Centre presents the Global Dance Connections series
Wen Wei DanceLast SoloWen Wei Wang began dancing in China, where the expressive language of the hands, arms, and upper body shaped his artistic voice. As he grew older, he came to understand his sexuality and how deeply it influenced his life and creative journey. Now, returning to the stage as a senior artist, he reflects on memory, mortality, and the connection between body, mind, and the universe. Created with visual and sound artist Gary James Joynes, the work brings a live modular synthesizer and vocal performance together with analog video. Sounds and images transform the space into a meditation on life and presence.
