RV & Trailer Serviced / Non-Serviced Camping - 2026 Glengarry Highland Games

Two specific camping areas are available at the Games site.  One for motorhomes and tent trailers, and another for tent camping. Grounds open for camping Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 10:00 am and will continue to take campers until noon on Saturday, August 1, 2026.  Pets are welcome in the RV camping area as long as they remain at the RV and are leashed at all times. No pets are allowed on the Games site other than service animals.

Motorhomes, Tent Trailers, and Hardtops

General Information

• RV Registration:

  • The individual who registers the RV or vehicle and camper in their name (an adult over the age of 18) must be staying at the site, and takes full responsibility for what happens on and around their site. 

  • Each site must have 1 registrant who registers the site before additional people or youths 12 years or under can register.

• Pre-registration:

  • Pre-registration of your RV or vehicle and camper is a convenient way to pre-pay for attendance. This will also speed up your arrival process at the gate.

  • Pre-registration is available until Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 11:59 pm. After this date, all registrations will occur at the Campground gate.

• Registration Payment: Credit Card or Debit Card only - NO CASH ACCEPTED

Serviced Sites

• NEW - All serviced site sales will only be available via on-line purchasing as of 2026. No site reservations can be made by calling the Games office.

• Serviced RV sites go on sale Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 9:00am.

• The cost for a serviced site is $125 . This value is only for the reservation of a serviced site.

• Camping and gate entry fees are not included in the serviced site fee and must be purchased separately via pre-registration beginning May 1st, 2026, or on-site Thursday, July 30th , 2026. Please see Camping and Gate Entry Fees

• There are only 18 serviced sites and once they are sold, the on-line option will close.

• In late April, purchasers will be contacted with their assigned lot number.

Non-serviced Sites

• RV’s and trailers can be pre-registered, but specific lots are not able to be reserved. Locations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Historically, the RV and Trailer camping area will fill to capacity. The Glengarry Highland Games will make all efforts to accommodate camping visitors, but space cannot be guaranteed.  Pre-registration and payment do not guarantee a space; it is only provided as a convenience to speed your arrival experience.

• Pre-registration is available as of May 1, 2026, at 9:00am and will be available until Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 11:59pm.

Camping and Gate Entry Fees

• RV’s and trailers can be pre-registered, but specific lots are not able to be reserved. Locations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The cost for camping and Games event entry is $110.00 per person, no charge for children under 12 years old. Maximum of 6 individuals per site.

• The $110.00 fee is all inclusive and purchasers cannot limit their paid stay to individual days.

• The $110.00 fee includes camping fee ($50.00), Friday gate ($30.00) and Saturday gate ($30.00) admissions. For example, a serviced site with 4 people staying on it would be $440.00 in total.
