Root: Grounding Into the Body - 5Rhythms | Anna Mrozik

As summer begins to unfold, this 5Rhythms class invites you to reconnect with your physical foundation.  

Facilitated by Anna Mrozik, a 5Rhythms® teacher and life coach who creates a safe and energizing space for people to reconnect with their bodies through movement, this session draws on the healing power of the 5Rhythms practice as a pathway to emotional release, presence, and self-expression.

Guided by music and mindful movement, we explore the five fundamental rhythms — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness — as natural energies that exist in our bodies, in nature, and in everyday life.

Through grounding practices and embodied exploration, participants are supported in releasing mental overload and cultivating stability, presence, and inner safety.

This session offers a nourishing space to return to the wisdom of the body and build a strong, resilient foundation.

About the Venue:

The Dome
A bright, geometric alpine space with panoramic mountain views. Sheltered yet open to the elements, it offers a strong connection to nature with shifting light and fresh air. Dress in layers for changing conditions.
Access via Whistler Village Gondola (~30 min ride; lift pass required).
