Refunds are only available for cancelled events, and requests must be made within 30 days of cancellation. Postponed events will carry over tickets to the new date—no refunds are offered. Refunds for cancelled events will be processed via Showpass within 7–10 business days. If you can't attend a rescheduled event, contact Showpass for transfer or resale options.
