Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your knowledge of wine and food pairing, while enjoying an unforgettable evening of good food, great wine, and even better company.

We are pleased to welcome Michael Clark, Executive Winemaker at Clos du Soleil.

 

Our event will take place on April 16th, 2026 at 5:30pm. This event will be held at The Park Town Hotel in our South Dining Room.

Course 1

Pesto goat cheese log, with sundried tomato and walnuts. Sweet potato rounds with camembert, cranberry and pecans.

Wine: Clos du Soleil Rose

Course 2

Stuffed portobello mushroom, parmesan cream sauce and arugula.

Wine: Clos du Soleil winemaker's series Syrah

Course 3

Ribeye steak, green pepper corn sauce, garlic mashed potato, grilled asparagus and seared cherry tomatoes.

Wine: Clos du Soleil Signature

Course 4

Mango panna cotta, vanilla meringue, shredded coconut, and mint leaves.

Wine: Clos du Soleil Saturn
