Description

Our event will take place on March 26th, 2026 at 5:30pm. This event will be held at The Park Town Hotel in our South Dining Room.

Pumpkin goat cheese phyllo bites, grilled zucchini roll stuffed with feta, slow roasted tomato basil olive oil and caper berry, tzatziki espuma

Course 2

Crab stuffed cheddar bay biscuits with lemon butter, microgreen and basil emulsion

         Wine: Alvear Fino Sherry (Montilla - Moriles, Spain)

Course 3

Pistachio crusted rack of lamb with parmesan - roasted almond broccolini and black garlic mashed potatoes

        Wine: La Fiole Cotes du Rhone (Rhone, France)

Course 4

Dark Chocolate hazelnuts raspberry mousse cake, orange whipped cream, espresso and mint caviar

          Wine: Concerto Lambrusco (Regginao, Italy)
