Important Additional Information

Event Access: When guests arrive at the Park, they will drive to the security gate, located underneath the clock tower in Heritage Plaza. Then, they will drive to Shepard Station for check-in. At 5:30 p.m., guests will board the River Forth Dining car at depart.

Event Details: The train will depart from Shepard Station at 5:30 p.m. The train will return to Shepard Station at 7:30 p.m., and guests will disembark and drive out of the Park.

Parking: Guests will park at Shepard Station. Parking is included with your ticket. 

Arrive Early: Please plan to arrive at the Park at 5:15 p.m., to give yourself 15 minutes to drive from the Park's security gates to Shepard Station.

Dietary Restrictions: You will be asked at checkout if you have any dietary restrictions that you need accommodated. Please provide us with this necessary accommodations then.

Accessibility: Please note that the River Forth Dining Car is not wheelchair accessible. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future date.
