Description
Join the Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery for an unforgettable Remembrance Day event that combines the beauty of music, reflections from history, and the importance of never forgetting the lessons of the past. The exhibit Lost Liberties: The War Measures Act invites you to reflect and understand times of conflict. Special guests from the Red Deer Symphony Orchestra will perform French composer Olivier Messiaen's Quartet pour le fin du Temps, written while confined as a POW during WWII.
While this performance is free to attend, we ask that you consider adding a $10 donation if reserving seated tickets. Your contribution helps the RDSO provide accessible, high-calibre community programming to Red Deer and its surrounding communities. Thank you for your support!
