**IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ISAIAH RASHAD**

1. THERE WILL BE SEPARATE LINES AT THE BOX OFFICE FOR MINORS AND SEPARATE LINE FOR 19+. If you purchased multiple tickets for friends, please use the Showpass app to transfer each individual ticket to the person using it. This speeds up the process at the Box Office upon arrival. This is especially important for those who have tickets for people in different age brackets. You will NOT be able to check in a minor at the 19+ line at the Box Office, you will be required to go to the back of the line for minors to check them in and vice versa.

2.This is an ALL AGES show - There is a strict NO MINOR RE-ENTRY policy! If you are under the age of 19 and you leave the building for any reason you will be denied re-entry. No excuse or amount of money will change this rule, so please do not hold up our security by begging them. The security is there to ensure the safety of the guests not to hear your exception to this rule - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. There is a ZERO alcohol tolerance for anyone under the age of 19. If you are under the age of 19 and appear to be intoxicated you will be denied entry without refund. If you are under the age of 19 you WILL be kicked out without warning and without refund if you are caught with alcohol inside of the venue.

4.If you are over the age of 19, be sure to get a wristband at the box office upon entering. If you do not receive a wristband upon entering, and are over the age of 19, wristbands will not be reissued.

5. There is NO outside smoking section for those under the age of 19. If you are under the age of 19 and leave for a cigarette you will NOT be allowed re-entry. If you are caught smoking or vaping within the venue you will not receive a warning, you will have to leave the venue for the evening immediately without a refund.

6. There is a mandatory pat down, metal detector scan and personal belonging search for ALL guests upon entry to the venue. Those who are over the age of 19 and leave for a smoke will be fully searched upon re-entry. Any illegal item or item that may affect the safety of guests within the venue will be confiscated and not returned.

7. MANDATORY COAT & BAG CHECK – NO EXCEPTIONS. Each item to check is $2, so either do not bring a coat or a bag or bring change to check it immediately upon entering the venue.

8. Tickets are still available at the door for purchase.Most importantly, it is going to be a great show so do what you can to support the enjoyment of the night for everyone around you and enjoy the show!
