Raising Capital 101 is back for the fall!

Raising Capital 101 is for founders who are looking to learn more about the investment process or are ready to raise funds and want to know where to focus. Over four - hour and a half sessions, entrepreneurs will learn tools, frameworks, and best practices for raising money for their startup. 

Founders will walk away from the program with knowledge on funding literacy, a better understanding of the investment landscape and ready to pitch investors!

Registration Costs:

• For Platform Member Companies No Charge
• For Non-Member Companies $49+gst

Once registered you will be automatically enrolled in all 4 sessions.

The curriculum will include: 

• Session 1 - Financial Forecasting & Projections, Capital Strategy
• Session 2 - Data Rooms & What Investors are Looking For, Pitch Elements & Storytelling 
• Session 3 - How to connect with Investors, Where to meet them? How to approach relationship building with Investors, Researching a potential Investor, Term Sheets, 
• Session 4  - Negotiations & Due Diligence, Cap Tables & Cap Structures, Exit Strategies.

After completing Raising Capital 101, you’ll receive the following additional benefits:

• Investor Coach Session: 1 hour meeting with a Platform  Investor Coach to answer any questions you may have.
