Quails Gate Winery Dinner

Join us for a five-course winery dinner with family-owned estate winery, Quail's Gate. 

This long table wine experience will be led by a Quail's Gate wine representative and executive chef of The Velvet Restaurant & Lounge, Takashi Harada. Savour five courses showcasing the region's bountiful produce, perfectly matched with a wine pairing from the Okanagan estate vineyards. 

Doors open at 6:00pm, event begins at 6:30pm.

First Course
Winter chicory salad, poached pears, goat cheese, candied pumpkin seeds, garlic & white balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course
Citrus cured steelhead trout, ikura, yuzu aioli, sprouts

Third Course
Seared Scallop & glazed pork belly, pomegranate gastrique, butternut squash, watercress

Main Course
Braised lamb shank, gigante beans, oven cured tomato, charred broccolini

Dessert
Fruit flan, flaky crust, custard, fresh fruit
