PRAIRIE Cookbook Launch Party (Saskatoon)

Join writers Dan Clapson and Twyla Campbell on Tuesday, Aug. 29 at POP Wine Bar in Saskatoon as they celebrate the release of their cookbook PRAIRIE.

The exciting cookbook celebrates Prairie ingredients, seasonality, all the while presenting the idea of "Prairie cooking" in contemporary and creative ways.

EVENT DETAILS

The event will start at 6PM with a cocktail hour featuring a welcome cocktail and Prairie-inspired canapes for attendees.

At 7:30PM, the co-authors along with Saskatoon chef Christie Peters (Primal, POP Wine Bar) will discuss their approach to creating recipes for the book, how it came to life and then take time have a meet and greet, sign cookbook copies and help make some signature cocktails and dishes with the POP Wine Bar team.

For the duration of the event, a feature menu of dishes and cocktails from the PRAIRIE cookbook will be available for a la carte ordering in addition to craft beer and wine options.
