Ponytails is a psychedelic pop band from Vancouver, formed in 2016 by Harvey Merritt and Travis Goeres. Built on a foundation of surfy guitar riffs, washed-out harmonies, and nostalgia-drenched songwriting, the band quickly carved out a local reputation for music that felt like a daydream slipping into a memory.

Joined by Graham Serl, Jasper Sloan Yip, and Liam Less, Ponytails released their self-titled debut EP later that year, followed by Darlings in 2018 and Feel Yourself in 2022. Their sound fused laid-back West Coast melancholy with shimmering energy — like a last kiss in the backseat of a car you’re not ready to give up.

After a four-year hiatus from the stage, Ponytails returns for one final show — a farewell to the city, to the stories, and to the version of themselves that only ever existed under stage lights. It’s not a reunion. It’s a closing chapter. Come say goodbye.
