Welcome to Pomsky Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Vaughan. This is one hour of beginner-friendly yoga with a small crew of fluffy, bright-eyed Pomskies roaming the mats, climbing into laps, and generally making it very hard to take yourself too seriously.

Pomskies are a Pomeranian and Husky cross, which means they have inherited the fluff and the drama in equal measure. Expect big personality in a compact, soft package.

Here's how the hour breaks down:

• 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga
• 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time
• 5 minutes of sharing circle

Why people keep coming back

Puppy yoga in Vaughan does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, settles against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. It is not something you can replicate on a screen or talk yourself into at home. You have to be in the room for it.

A note on Pomsky puppies

Pomskies are curious, social, and genuinely delighted by new people. They tend to bounce between attendees, sniff everything within reach, and occasionally decide that your shoulder is the best seat in the house. They are vocal when excited and soft when settled, and the combination makes for a surprisingly moving hour.

Families and kids

Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care.
