Description
Planted Expo is delighted to host a very special dinner with Chef Chanthy Yen at Vancouver’s newest vegan fine-dining establishment, Nightshade. As part of our immersive Planted Expo weekends - this dinner will feature the creative culinary delights of Chef Chanthy Yen - founding chef at Nightshade and currently Canada’s Chef to the Prime Minister’s family.
A globally inspired vegan restaurant in a warm yet elegant floral dining setting. The Planted Expo event will be a special custom menu and will showcase local ingredients including dishes prepared with products from local vegan company Save Da Sea.
Nightshade, known for producing plates and palleted flavours inspired from all around the world, strives to utilize its local resources to create a variety of house-made products with thoughtful and creative techniques.
Nightshade’s bar program offers an elevated experience for both proof and zero-proof beverages. Made with intricate syrups, spirits, and liqueurs that flaunt flavour-forward profiles. Our naturally focused wine program provides some of the best BC has to offer on an organic front.
Not only are Nightshade menus local, seasonal, compassionate, and green; they can also be tailored to most dietary restrictions and preferences.
