petrichor is a 2 person alternative rock band that blends synth pop with heavy grunge and pop punk influences. Inspired by many bands including twenty one pilots, green day, and linkin park, petrichor’s lyrics reflect themes of mental health and personal identity. The band is releasing their first EP “window” in the upcoming months.

GOYAA is a 1-person alternative electronic project that uses synthesizers and drum machines mixed with airy vocal-style, and influences from Björk and Animal Collective. GOYAA aims to part the middle ground of experimentalism with emotional components in music. GOYAA has one 6 track EP Cradle Of The Core, which is available on all stores.

Alex Balaton is a Calgary/Toronto based multi-instrumentalist whose passion for music began at an early age, inspired by the rock and metal radio stations her parents played at home. Drawn to both guitar and vocals, she quickly developed a love for performance and collaboration, which led her to pursue playing in many bands over the years. Throughout her career so far, Alex has performed extensively, toured across the United States and Canada, and recorded in Nashville. In addition to releasing music and performing with her melodic thrash metal band, Sicklad, she has also dedicated time to teaching and mentoring in both Calgary and Toronto. Now, Alex is proud to introduce her new solo project, Zephyr, marking the next chapter in her music career.
