The People’s Film is cranking the volume, smashing the fourth wall, and bringing Scott Pilgrim vs. the World to the big screen.

Get ready for Edgar Wright’s cult-favourite fever dream—where indie rock, video-game logic and awkward romance collide. Watch Michael Cera’s Scott Pilgrim attempt to win Ramona Flowers’ heart by literally battling her seven evil exes, all while learning that growing up might be the hardest boss fight of all.

It’s fast, funny, visually unhinged, and unexpectedly heartfelt—an unconventional romance that proves love is messy, complicated, and definitely not a straight line.

To help you level up for the night, we’ll be serving a twist on a classic cocktail: The "Sex Bob-omb"- Canadian whisky, maple syrup, Angostura bitters, and a cherry garnish (may cause spontaneous boss battles or summon your evil ex).

The themed cocktail is available exclusively by pre-order when purchasing tickets online.

Whether you’re flying solo, bringing a date, or rolling in with friends, join us on the 25th for a rom-com that celebrates love in all its messy, unconventional forms.

About the People's Film

People’s Film nights aren’t just movie screenings. They’re full-on events. Showing up in costume is always encouraged (but definitely not required)! Snap some photos at our photo booth, enjoy a custom-themed cocktail that we create for each movie, and maybe even win a prize during one of our intermission activities. Sometimes we play a game, do trivia, or have a costume contest. We like to keep it fun and unpredictable!

*Please note this event is 19+ due to BC liquor licensing laws.
