Description

Making your own pasta is both simple and incredibly satisfying. In this 3 hour class, we’ll teach you the basics while making three different types of pasta, and each guest will take home a vacuum-sealed bag of each variety. Is it a class or meal prep? Technically, it’s both! We’ll be using all-purpose flour and a manual pasta machine, and we’ll also demonstrate rolling techniques— but for efficiency, we’ll use a rolling machine. If you’re interested in a gluten-free version, please contact us, and be sure to let our Coordinator know of any existing allergies prior to the event.

You’ll leave with gnocchi, ravioli, and a classic long noodle—plus the confidence to make pasta from scratch whenever the craving hits.

All materials will be supplied.  So all you need to bring is your creative mind.  We’ll have plenty of nibblies and snacks, along with a selection of curated cocktails and local beers to enjoy. Snack boards can be purchased with your tickets, and drinks cocktails will be available all night.

At Sammie’s Cafe, we’re creating a welcoming space for multimedia artists to connect, collaborate, and share their expertise, building a lively learning community. If you’re interested in a class that’s not listed or are an artist seeking a place to teach, reach out to our coordinator at negrecia@rogers.com with any ideas, comments, or questions.
