A Passport to Italy is a roaming culinary experience celebrating the diversity of Italian regional cuisine through a series of aperitivo-sized bites and thoughtfully selected wines. From the alpine flavours of the north to the sun-drenched coasts of the south, each space highlights a distinct corner of the country, inviting guests to taste, compare, and discover what makes every part of Italy unique.

The evening unfolds as an interactive immersion. As you move through each “destination,” you receive a plate showcasing flavours from the regions that define that part of Italy.

Our Southern Italy section features the bold, rustic flavours of Campania, Calabria, Basilicata, Molise, and Puglia.
Our Central Italy section explores Abruzzo, Marche, Lazio, Umbria, Tuscany, and Emilia-Romagna.
Our Northern Italy section highlights  Piemonte, Valle d’Aosta, Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Finally, the Islands & the Italian Riviera bring the distinctive character of Sicily, Sardinia and Liguria.

In each section, a curated wine sample from the region is included as part of your journey, offering a snapshot of Italy’s extraordinary viticultural diversity.

Guests will provide a passport upon entry. One sampler plate from each destination and one glass of wine from each destination is included in the price.
