2 eggs, choice of thick bacon or Halliday's sausage with hash browns, baked beans and toast.

Smoked Salmon Benedict

Smoked salmon on toasted Focaccia with capers, red onion, hollandaise sauce. Served with homemade beans and hash browns.

Traditional Ham Benedict

2 poached eggs on toasted Focaccia with fried ham, topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with homemade beans and hash browns.

Fish Cakes & Beans

Two delicious cod fish cakes, 2 eggs. Served with homemade beans, hash browns and toast.

Bacon & Apple French Toast

Three layer stacked French toast with crispy bacon, dried apples, maple syrup topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Served with homemade beans and hash browns.
