Packwood Grand Calgary 2019

1. Packwood Grand is set to be a true celebration of old world leisure and sophistication. Last year, this refined and colourful event set the stage for the ultimate in luxury, horse racing, fashion, and food & drink. As the must-attend social & lifestyle event of 2019, more than 2000 of Calgary’s highly cultured, business-leading, and fashion forward bon-vivants will take part in the affair.

The Packwood Grand experience includes access to a private guest area featuring: 

• Well-appointed covered and open-air viewing areas, comfortable seating lounges, and private suites. 
• A spectacularly crafted luncheon designed by our executive chef.
• A menu of premium cocktails designed by our mixologist, and a selection of premium wine, champagne, beer and spirits for purchase. 
• Private access to wagering kiosks and terminals, concierge services, and betting assistance. 
• Access to the Packwood Grand Starting Gate pre-race event at CRAFT Beer Market - Downtown, with (optional) transportation to/from Century Downs Racetrack and Casino. 
• Access to the Packwood Grand Winner's Circle held post-race at CRAFT Beer Market - Downtown.

Scenes of the day:

• 10:00AM to 11:30AM - The Packwood Grand Starting Gate at CRAFT Beer Market, Downtown - for registration and check-in. Reservations are available with a menu of brunch items available for purchase. 
• 11:30AM - (Optional) transportation to Century Downs Racetrack and Casino departs from the Starting Gate event.
• 12:00PM - Official opening of Packwood Grand and the red carpet at Century Downs Racetrack and Casino.
• 1:10PM - Racing begins.
• 5:00PM - Final race of the day.
• 5:30PM - (Optional) return transportation to Packwood Grand Winner's Circle at CRAFT - Downtown (departure time will vary based on end of racing).
• 6:00PM - Packwood Grand Winner's Circle.
