Picture Starting your morning in meditation; overlooking the dewy Nk Mip vineyard, head to a yoga workshop hosted by a local favourite followed by a class led by a special guest from afar! Nourish yourself at our Yoga Market and then head off to a spiritual walk through the Osoyoos desert. Deepen your mental game with a talk focusing on a health centered topic and find then maybe head to a yin or nidra class just before dinner. After dinner, taste a few wines with your friend (new or old) and end the night with a concert by our exciting musical guests!
