There is no denying the amount of heart that Lacey Hill bleeds into all three of her albums. 2024 was a big year: Lacey completed an Indigenous Storytellers Residency at Banff Creative Centre and she started writing her first Children’s Musical You Are Not Alone. She kicked off 2025 with Crazy 4 U soaring to #1 on the Indigenous Music Countdown. Lacey is part of Original People Original Songs on Wednesday May 28. Joining Lacey is Two-time JUNO winning singer/songwriter/guitarist Derek Miller from Six Nations of the Grand River is a journeyman musician with eclectic taste and a knack for guitar oriented roots-inflected rock with a pop sensibility. With his unique take on roots rock, and soul-
stirring blues, Derek Miller is a force of musical nature.
296 Broadview is not yet a fully wheelchair accessible venue, with stairs between all levels. Our goal is to fix that, and we need your support to do so - please consider making a donation towards our goals to make HRL the best listening room in Toronto!
