In case of a rainout, ticket bearers can exchange their tickets for any remaining 2025 regular-season game. The exchange must be made at the NightOwls’ offices, and the ticket will be of equal or lesser value and subject to availability. Refunds are not given. Rain check requests made at the BOX Office on game days may not be honoured. The original ticket stub, mobile ticket, or Print Your Own Ticket will be required to process the exchange.
