Carriage Ride Times: 9:50 a.m., 10:10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 10:50 a.m., 11:10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 11:50 a.m., 1:10 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 1:50 p.m., 2:10 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 2:50 p.m., 3:10 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Dates: During Once Upon A Christmas - Dec. 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22, 2024
Pick-Up Location: All carriage rides depart from and return to Ranch Road, just past Burns Barn
5-Person Carriage Ride: $79.95 plus GST for entire group
How to Get Tickets: Tickets are available online in advance. Walk-up tickets can be purchased at Town Hall during your visit, subject to availability.
Once Upon A Christmas Admission Sold Separately: Please note, Once Upon A Christmas admission is required to go on a private carriage ride. Once Upon A Christmas admission is sold separately, and is available online or at the front gates of the Park upon arrival.

Know Before You Go

Event Access: When guests arrive to the Park, they'll proceed to the front gates of the Park. From there, if they've already purchased Once Upon A Christmas admission, they will get their tickets scanned and proceed into the Village. If they haven't purchased Once Upon A Christmas admission, they can purchase it at the front gates and then proceed into the Village. If guests have the 9:50 a.m. carriage ride, they will be allowed early entry at 9:15 a.m. Riders must arrive to the carriage ride location 15 minutes prior to their departure time. All carriage rides depart from and return to Ranch Road, just past Burns Barn (#59 on our map). From there, guests will check-in and board their carriage for their ride.
Arrive 45 Minutes Early: We recommend that all guests arrive to Once Upon A Christmas 45 minutes early, to ensure they have enough time to make it to the carriage ride location 15 minutes before their departure time.
Early Entry for Guests with the 9:50 a.m. Carriage Ride: If guests have the 9:50 a.m. carriage ride, they will be allowed early entry to the Village at 9:15 a.m.
Parking: Paid parking is available in Heritage Park’s front lots. Members who’ve bought the parking add-on park for free! The Park Plus Zone number of the front lots is 8320. The daytime rate is $10 for the first 7 hours, and 10$ per hour thereafter to a maximum of $30. Click here for more information.

Carriage Ride Length: 15 minutes
Carriage Ride Maximum Capacity: Carriages have a maximum capacity of 5 riders. Children 2 and under may exceed capacity, if they are held on an adult's lap during the ride.
Private Carriage: The carriage ride is private. The ticket holder and their guests will be the only riders.
Refund Policy: All tickets are final sale and non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by Heritage Park.
Accessibility: Please note that the carriages are not wheelchair accessible.
What to Wear: Please ensure you dress for the weather.
