SWEET REVIVAL

Formed from a combination of veteran musicians in the area, Sweet Revival is a five piece band whose faces are probably familiar to the local jazz scene. Their members have performed in just about every establishment and live music hall in this city as well as across the country and the globe. In their combined professional lives, they have amassed what they consider is an exciting spirited number of musical styles. Sweet Revival's goal is to perform a variety of these within the jazz idiom including such styles as salsa, funk and contemporary jazz. They will be introducing new compositions from Mark Ferguson and arrangements of some of our favorite composers.
