Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Tickets may be exchanged for another date or time, subject to availability, when requested at least 24 hours before the original event time. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or tickets not used. If an event is cancelled by Reapers, ticket holders will be contacted with available refund or exchange options.
