NWXR & interplay_ Summer Residency: Open Studio

New Works, in partnership with interplay_ & Chimerik 似不像, is delighted to invite you to a special open studio showing featuring artist Jason Wu Kitikul alongside dancer and choreographer Maya Pereda. Developed over a three-day residency, their collaborative project Neural Genesis: Chaotic Embodiment is an evocative interdisciplinary performance that bridges human movement and technology. Utilizing a Kinect V2 Sensor and TouchDesigner to track real-time motion, this piece explores the nervous system's connection to environment, transforming the performer into a living conduit between human impulse and algorithmic response to shape a dynamic digital mural.
